Often we think that in order to make changes in our life that we need to be thinking big. I have found the opposite to be true.
It’s those small shifts we make that lead to the BIG changes we are seeking.
What does this look like?
For me, here is a list of 5 things I do every day that make me feel inspired, happy, and hopeful…which all lead to creating the SHIFT we need to really make good things happen!
Reading something every day that inspires me. It could be a quote that I’ve put up somewhere in my office, stored in my phone, or around the house. But it is a good reminder of what I want and where I am trying to go.
Movement. Moving my body daily through yoga, dance, walking…the clarity and joy this can bring out in us is amazing!
Making myself a priority. Me loving and taking care of myself benefits EVERYONE.
Nourishing my body daily with good food. Taking a break when I need it.
Gratitude. Thinking of five things in your life that you are grateful for. I find it important to remind myself that there is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS something to be grateful for.
